è immerso nella bellissima campagna marchigiana, a pochi kilometri dalla cittadina di Passo di Treia, dove si trovano negozi, banche, supermercati, uffici postale e farmacie, e dal peasino medievale di Treia, dove si può visitare la pinacoteca comunale ed il teatro.
Non lontano dal complesso turistico, si trovano le splendide cittadine di Macerata, Recanati e Loreto, andando in direzione del mare, e le altre splendide cittadine dell' entroterra, come Tolentino, Cingoli, San Severino e Camerino.
La stessa Urbino, interessante polo culturale e turistico, si può facilmente raggiungere in un'ora e mezzo di macchina.

THE TOURISTIC COMPLEX  IL VECCHIO GRANAIO

is located in the beautiful contryside of Le Marche region, few km far from the little village of Passo di Treia, where one can find every kind of shops, supermarket, bank, post office and pharmacy and 5 km far from the beautiful medieval town of Treia, where you can visit the art gallery and the ancient theatre.
Not so far from our touristic complex, there are some nice and interesting towns to visit: Macerata, Recanati, Loreto, Tolentino, Cingoli, San Severino and Camerino.
Urbino, is an interesting and cultural town, it can be reached easily in one and an half hour by car.

The touristic complex consists of:

a characteristic restaurant built from the ancient granary, where can be organized fabulous weddings and other events.
It opens everyday for lunch and dinner , it offers traditional, fresh and genuine meals.

a 3 stars hotel, with double bedrooms and suites, all of them with air conditioning, private bathroom, tv, linens, Internet ADSL,  furnished with simple and nice furnishing
